How The Process Works 

Unlike most house clearance companies we take into account items of value and reflect that in your charges . In 65% of clearances last year the items of value taken from the clearance covered our costs. Which lead to no charges to our clients.

1    We agree a mutually convenient time to view your property and assess your needs.

2    We view the contents and judge which items have a value and which will need to be       recycled.

3    Then we give an exact amount that we will charge for the clearance or what payment       you will receive for items.

4    We will then clear the property in a fast efficient manner.
